We have over 130 Specialists spread throughout the U.S. and Canada and we are always recruiting to provide the best to our partners. These specialists are the “eyes and ears” for the manufacturers, customers and agency, providing constant feedback on the experiences and trends in the industries.
Ferguson-Keller manages and coordinates a team of retail service personnel who provide additional brand awareness and “now time” feedback to our partners. Through multiple seasonal touches ranging from store sets to promotional opportunities, our retail service team brings added value in all areas of the retail world. There are many marketing channels that Ferguson-Keller is currently involved in and have been very successful with. We work with a large amount of markets including 2-step distributors on Regional and National levels, mass merchants/national chains, direct and indirect dealers, buy group members and consumers. Ferguson-Keller implements a 30/60/90 day calendar with monthly recaps of reporting through our WINREP software. We provide interactive communication among account executives including bi-monthly conference calls and semi-annual group sales trainings. Our Senior Management is involved with Key accounts to provide an intimate and dedicated relationship.
We provide salary-based positions for our team including semi-annual sales based incentives and bonuses. We compensate 100% in travel expenses and offer many insurance options consisting of; Health, Disability, Life and two retirement programs including a 401k and Cash balanced.
