Marketing Channels

There are many marketing channels that Ferguson-Keller is currently involved in and have been very successful with. We work with a large amount of markets including 2-step distributors on Regional and National levels, mass merchants/national chains, direct and indirect dealers, buy group members and consumers. Sales Direction

Ferguson-Keller implements a 30/60/90 day calendar with monthly recaps of reporting through our WINREP software. We provide interactive communication among account executives including bi-monthly conference calls and semi-annual group sales trainings. Our Senior Management is involved with Key accounts to provide an intimate and dedicated relationship.

Compensation Packages

We provide salary-based positions for our team including semi-annual sales based incentives and bonuses. We compensate 100% in travel expenses and offer many insurance options consisting of; Health, Disability, Life and two retirement programs including a 401k and Cash balanced.
